LEAH KICHLER
Leah is the creative powerhouse behind Rally House, known for her design expertise and incredible eye for aesthetics. Armed with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph and a postgraduate certificate in Autism and Behavioural Science, Leah has a deep curiosity about what makes people tick and how to craft the most engaging content.
A proud mom, farm girl, and animal lover, Leah balances her time between family life and her passion for design. When she’s not creating for Rally House, she’s focused on transforming the farm she grew up on into a warm, stylish home
BENSON
Meet Benson, the cuddliest member of the Rally House team! Rescued from California with the help of our friends at Paws It Forward, Benson is thriving in his new life.
While he may not sip as much coffee as his coworkers, he’s just as motivated—by treats and happy customers, of course!
JULIE COOK
Julie brings a natural talent for creative thinking and a knack for generating fresh ideas to Rally House. With a Marketing Management diploma from BCIT and diverse experience in industries like real estate, construction, and retail, she adds significant expertise to the team.
When she’s not strategizing and innovating, you’ll find Julie attending local networking events, hitting new mountain bike trails, or carving through the slopes at Big White
