Our Team
LEAH KICHLER
Leah is the creative force behind Rally House, bringing a sharp eye for design and a deep understanding of what makes people connect. With a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph and a postgraduate certificate in Autism and Behavioural Science, she approaches creativity with both intuition and insight - blending aesthetics with intention to create work that resonates.
Outside of Rally House, Leah is a proud mom, farm girl, and animal lover. When she’s not creating, she’s at home on her family farm - working a little interior design magic and turning it into a space that feels as good as it looks.
BENSON
Meet Benson, the cuddliest member of the Rally House team! Rescued from California with the help of our friends at Paws It Forward, Benson is thriving in his new life.
While he may not sip as much coffee as his coworkers, he’s just as motivated—by treats and happy customers, of course!
JULIE COOK
Julie brings sharp creative thinking and a steady flow of fresh ideas to Rally House. With a Marketing Management diploma from BCIT and experience spanning real estate, construction, and retail, she adds both versatility and real-world insight to the team.
Outside of work, Julie stays connected and on the move -whether that’s showing up at local networking events, exploring new mountain bike trails, or carving through the slopes at Big White.
