About Us
Rally House is a social media and creative design team that focuses on building up small businesses and helping them stay on top of their online presence while looking really good doing it.
The company was born in the BEAUTIFUL Okanagan Valley of British Columbia and has since expanded to the lovely area of Norfolk County in Ontario.
We don't call ourselves boutique, we don't call ourselves an agency - We're a team of awesome humans that are ready to RALLY for you!

LEAH KICHLER
Leah is the creative force behind Rally House with a background in design and an amazing eye for aesthetics. With a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Guelph and a postgraduate certificate in Autism and Behavioural Science, Leah is fascinated with figuring out what makes people tick and how to create the most engaging content. She is a mom, a farm girl, and animal lover. While as of late she only has time to eat her toddler's leftovers she loves food and cooking. Her free time is for her family and working at creating a warm (but stylish) home on the farm she grew up on.
BENSON
The cuddliest member of the team is Benson. He relocated (*was rescued) from California when our friends at Paws It Forward helped him start a new life. After a short foster period with Leah he decided living in Kelowna's beautiful north end would suit him well and decided he would call it home. While Benson doesn't drink as much coffee as his co-workers he is equally as motivated by treats and happy customers.
JULIE COOK
Julie has a knack for creative thinking and new ideas and a flair for copywriting. With a Marketing Management diploma from BCIT and experience in a wide range of industries from real estate and construction to retail, she brings a wealth of experience to the Rally House team. You can find Julie checking out local networking events, exploring new trails on her mountain bike or snowboarding at Big White.
